Our Milk · Pure Murrah Buffalo
100% Pure Murrah Buffalo Milk
Lab-tested purity in every drop. Single-farm Murrah buffalo milk — naturally 100% A2, never homogenised, and bottled in returnable glass. Nothing added, nothing taken out.
The breed behind the bottle
Why Murrah buffalo milk is different
Not all buffalo milk is equal. Ours comes from Murrah buffaloes — the black-coated, curled-horn breed from this region that is regarded as the finest dairy buffalo in India. Murrah milk is naturally richer in butterfat and solids than ordinary pooled milk, which is what gives it that thick, clinging layer of malai and a taste that pouch milk simply cannot match.
Because we run a single farm rather than a collection network, every bottle you receive traces back to one herd of well-kept Murrah buffaloes at our farm in Panchkula (pincode 134102). There is no mixing of milk from dozens of unknown sources — just one farm, one breed, one honest bottle of milk.
Lab-tested purity
Purity you can actually verify
"Pure" is an easy word to print on a label. We back it with testing. Every batch is checked in the lab before it ever reaches your doorstep — so what's in the glass is exactly what nature put there.
No added water
Fat and SNF (solids-not-fat) levels are measured to confirm the milk is never diluted or watered down.
No detergents or synthetics
Screened for detergent, urea, starch and synthetic or reconstituted "milk" — the common adulterants in cheap milk.
Antibiotic-free
Our buffaloes are kept healthy naturally; milk is tested to stay free of antibiotic residues.
No preservatives
Nothing added to extend shelf life. That's exactly why we deliver it fresh every single morning.
Natural fat, never reduced
Full, naturally rich Murrah milk — we never standardise the cream down to stretch volume.
FSSAI licensed
Produced and bottled under FSSAI licence 20826015000212, with full traceability to our farm.
Naturally A2
100% A2 — the way buffalo milk is meant to be
About 80% of the protein in milk is casein, and its main form — beta-casein — comes as either A1 or A2. When A1 is digested it releases a peptide called BCM-7, which many people blame for that heavy, bloated feeling after a glass of ordinary milk. Buffalo milk is naturally free of A1, so Murrah milk is 100% A2 by default — no special breeding, no marketing gimmick. If regular milk has never quite agreed with you, this is the simplest switch you can make. Read the full A2 vs A1 explainer →

Questions
About our milk — FAQs
What breed of buffalo does OAM milk come from?
Our milk comes from Murrah buffaloes — the premium Indian dairy breed prized for rich, creamy, high-fat milk. Every bottle is single-farm and traceable to one herd, never pooled from anonymous collection centres.
Is Murrah buffalo milk A2?
Yes. Buffalo milk is naturally 100% A2 — it is free of the A1 beta-casein that many people find hard to digest. You do not need a special "A2 cow"; Murrah buffalo milk is A2 by default.
How is OAM milk tested for purity?
Every batch is lab-tested for purity — we check for added water, detergents, synthetic or reconstituted milk, and antibiotic residues, and verify natural fat and SNF (solids-not-fat) levels. Nothing is added and nothing is taken out. OAM Dairy holds FSSAI licence 20826015000212.
Is the milk homogenised or standardised?
No. Our milk is gently pasteurised at low temperature and never homogenised, so the natural cream line stays intact. We never standardise the fat down — you get full, naturally rich buffalo milk.
How much does it cost and where do you deliver?
